Not set is stone, of corse .
As for 3-21, it might be the post drums/space I 'm not too excited about . That "Bird Song", and the pre-drum are great .

Thanks again. I've enjoyed reading your reviews and then comparing to my Dead Taping Compendium, which must be 20 years, right? I've always wondered if the passage of time made us more objective. Maybe there should be a Dead Digital Compendium now.

Oh, and you dice it up pretty good. What does a show have to do to go from Ok to Not bad? :)

Purdy good there DD.
Knew you would like those NC shows. Bruce was trying to please the hometown crowd (as close to VA as he was gonna get). And would have to agree with strat, hard not to, I was at those Cap shows, and they were good. Real good. The DS teases (all through the tour. Damn Bruce). But the funny thing is, and lm sure we've all been there, is you don't know what you got til its gone.

"I've always wondered if the passage of time made us more objective." ~ a wiseass, I mean man, a wise man once said...I KID.
Goodness no one has not past more time around here than you Dh ;)

I remember leaving, thinking, " those shows were OK. Coulda done without that 'Days In between' song though - sheesh".
Now, lm like, WHAT was I THINKING?!? Wouldn't change a damn thing. Well, except the GD 'cops' that confiscated my friends 'The Wheel' T-shirts she was trying to sell. "What kinda hippie are you?" I asked him. Dick

Let us know what you think of the other shows if you're going there. Particularly the Deer Creek shows

I tend to skip around years in my listening . Right now I'm listening to the fisrt third of 71, but what could I say that has already been said witgh more insight than I could bring to that period ? "They are tight, listen to those "Hard to Handle"s " .

Dave Davis Road Trips? Yeah, l don’t mind a shuffling now and then. Heard 3 different versions of S>F yesterday. Wonderful. My boss asked could u turn that down a notch? I said no, they are just rounding Saturn right now. I got the look and the shaking of the head and the walking off.... hahahahaha

When I figure out a way to stop this aging thing I'll be glad to cede my standing as the old fuck to someone else. As it stands, I am.

Btw, I've decided after wasting countless hours staring at Dead & Co. that GD dancing is my generation's version of Tai Chi. Very good for keeping the old joints moving.

As for the music, I am. Too much music and too little time to waste on crap.

Ha! Tai Chi. Excellent. We still call it shaking them bones, and still crazy after all these years
